Crap load of DU practice

then:
20 DUs
sprint down and up hill at home
500 single unders
sprint down and up hill at home
500 single unders(rope snapped at 200 something)
sprint down and up hill at home

rest a couple of minutes
then:
1 more sprint down and up hill at home for shits and giggles
